Corrections (from JR):

1. Apologies for mistakenly mentioning in my introduction that Ethel Waters "died on Halloween", when she was in fact born on Halloween, in 1896. I corrected this later in the broadcast.
2. I fucked up my mention of Bob Atcher "being born" on Halloween in 1912, when in fact he died on Halloween in 1993. Whoopsie-daisy.

miniBoM1: A Very Special Episode

We're dropping a very different kind of BoM tonight, as some Ballrooms of Mars members have far more busy lives than the remaining members can currently claim. (Godspeed, Michael.)

As a result, a solid two-thirds of BoM gathered its energies and recorded a Very Special Episode - a "MiniBoMlet" as it were...despite that the total recorded length has nothing "mini" whatsoever about it.

(Note to selves: Cut the chatter.)

We dedicate this episode to the King of Rock & Soul, a true mountain of influence to all those under his shadow:
